N148: Russian Oriental Owl :    This 22" necklace combines Russian Leaves and an Oriental Owl inspired by Jill Oxton's Owls on a St Petersburg Chain necklace. The St Petersburg chain necklace contains over 1000 seed beads and 120 Swarovksi crystals along the centerline. The Oriental Owl uses high quality Delica beads and has matching Swarovski crystals inset for the eyes, and is perched among Russian Leaves. The clasp is a secure 14k gold S-clasp. this peice took several hours to weave.
