B209: Grey Art Deco Marquee Cuff

This cuff bracelet is an original design and was created for the Etsy Beadweavers' Team monthly challenge: Art Deco. The bracelet is 7inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. It was hand woven using a single-drop peyote stitch and incorportes 6 swarovski crystals for extra sparkle.

The inspiration for this bracelet stems from marquees on the facades of theaters during the post WWI years when Art Deco was most prominent. One of my favorite architects (and stained glass artists) worked in the Art Deco style -- Frank Lloyd Wright.
